Rafael Escalante's solid academic background, combined with more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector, has enabled him to successfully execute highly complex transactions, demonstrating his outstanding capabilities in an increasingly challenging financial and regulatory environment.

Throughout his experience, Rafael has led significant corporate and asset management transactions, such as the shareholding consolidation of Antara for $85 million and the acquisition of Grupo Radiópolis for $50 million. His professional skills have also allowed him to hold key positions in the management of real estate portfolios exceeding $200 million.

Rafale has led the family wealth management department of major business groups and high-profile families, where he has implemented wealth strategies such as tax regulatory compliance, investment portfolios, regulatory compliance frameworks, and robust governance structures, strengthening wealth management and risk mitigation.
